14 DAYS AND NO REFUND FOR DOUBLE BILLING

My account was debited in November for the usual instalments not problem, then in the 6th December 2013 again. I contacted the call centre and a very rude person informed me people get paid early in December, well sweetheart, not everyone does and for the record not on the 6th.

So after 12 days of calls by me I finally get one instalment refunded, seriously people 12 days later... and now the fight starts for the other instalment, 14 days later no refund.

I have signed an agreement to debit my account on the last day of the month, I am legally bound to it so should Bruma Finance.

Your service is shocking and your follow-up and customer information assistance is even worse.

14 days and counting to get the money you took. Utterly disgusting.
