I havs to pay for a machines that is not working

In 2011 i had signed a contract for a computer and photocopier thinking that they will maintain them i only realised that i had to pay for another company to service my machine last year that company told me that they will not service the machine anymore but i have to sign a contract with them i told them i Can afford and inform fintech about my problem and that i paying for something that is broken i told that i got financial problem they started Harassing me and told me that the take me to court and send a Sherriff take all belongings i try paying whilst i can afford. i am paying a fortune for a machine that does not even work! please help
