Refund of cancellation fee

I joined the gym end of October 2012 and paid upfront for 3 years - close to R6 000.00. Gym damaged by fire mid January 2013. No indication as to when gym will re-open so I asked for a refund and cancellation. Planet Fitness on 6/5/2013 agreed to refund me with R4 616.24 to which I agreed. They said the refund will take place within 14 days. Today is 31/5/2013 and the refund is still not in my bank account despite several calls and emails to Michelle van Wyk and Judy at. On 27/5/2013 Judy promised that the refund will be made on 31/5/2013 - well - I am still waiting. This is poor service and totally unacceptable. What more do I need to do in order to receive my refund. I hope they are not going to deduct another month's membership fees. Thank you/Juliana van der Hoven
