Non payment of account

Someone from Anderson attorneys phoned me because of non-payment, oh yes I didn't pay account but I did phone them to say I have financial difficulty as I was sick and will make payment end of November to cover up. When she called she asked me to verify my details, why because you have them in front of you. Was preparing to go for an operation and she didn't care, slammed phone down my ear and sent 4 sms's stating that sheriff of the court will be sent to my house to attach. Two minutes later got another two stating that I need to make payment before end of business day. How could you be so cold? I don't get any update regarding my account, how much is owed, how much is paid but get bad attitude.
