Rejected claim due to 1 premium not paid

"We will bend backwards for you" is the popular slogan for Outsurance. After the fact of informing them that the November premium will be a problem to deduct and needed to be double deducted the 1st of December. As Murphy it will have the incident took place the 5th November 2013 by on one of my advertising & Marketing Trailers witch of course have been specified on Company insurance. I fully understand the there policy protection rules and abide to it the time that I have been a policy holder at Outsurance. The fist month that the premium was not collected the incident took place. Why just send a letter to inform that the claim will not be paid due to premium not paid.(The fist unpaid premium since we joined Outsurance!!!). The Claim was send through the 18th December 2013 after we made sure to catch the perpetrators by working hand in hand with the SAPS. All that is left of my Marketing trailer is just a peace of metal frame worth nothing to be used to grow my business on Marketing and advertising. I know there is not much to do on my claim due to non payment, but surely the slogan " we will bend backwards for you" must be of some relevance in this case!!!
