OVERDUE ACCOUNT

Firstly they call you on your cell phone then they insist that you confirm your information for security purposes. Then I ask myself what they are protecting you from. Secondly they don't even ask if it is a convenient time to talk regarding whatever they want to talk about. I was preparing for a surgery and this lady kept insisting on the arrangement made to pay an amount I never agreed on. I know I didn't make payment last month due to my illness. and she wouldn't listen to my reasoning and put the phone down my ear then the next thing I get 4sms stating that sheriffs are being sent to my place to repossess and sell my assets. Then after 15 minutes I get another 2 sms that states I need to pay R5500 immediately to avoid the sheriff coming to my house. Then a day later I get another two sms stating that I need to make payment no later than the 30th or else my things will be repossessed. 1. They keep on confirming my details but never had I got a statement from them, 2 they never acknowledge one phoned to state that I won't be able to make payment due to my ill health. But now I'm treated with disrespect I guess it's because I'm black. Respect is a two way street.
