Pathetic service and incompetence

I took a loan with standard bank a while ago. I have had nothing but problems with payments and debit orders from this useless institution. The account has been paid off long ago and they are still taking debit orders. The consultants are useless and the managers are not bothered to sort the problem out regardless of branch -i have been to 4 different ones. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional and lazy bunch of people.
I am STILL battling with them and they have yet to even bother contacting me to TRY and sort it out! NEVER DEAL WITH THIS BANK... They are nothing but trouble!!!
