Not switching debit orders

I bank with standard bank and have always referred family and friends to banking with Standard Bank. Early this year my mother was convinced by the Standard Bank Consultants wanting her to switch her salary to them and she asked for my advise trusting my opinion and I talked good things about Standard Bank and she switched from FNB to Standard Bank three months back.

I know the first time you do the salary switch and then the debit orders and beneficiaries. With the consultants at Standard Bank Central City Mabopane being qualified to give advise and explain all processes of switching to its clients until process if complete, the second thing they could have done after salary switch was complete, was to also switch debit orders or ask customer if she has debit orders on account switching from and they assist her in switching debit orders as well but that was not done. As they told her everything will be done but they did not switch debit orders. Now in two months arrears, for debit orders that was a must that they get switched when customer switched salary and still was not done and they did not even inform her.

What do we do when its like this?
