Switching to Standard bank is a nightmare

On the 15 Oct 2013 i switched my banking to standard bank and i submitted all documents requested from me and i was promised that my debit orders will be switched to the new bank account, after about 10 days i went back to standard bank to fetch my new card and also inquire about my debit orders been switched, the consultant Thabang, asked me if i didn't get any messages regarding the debit orders she then asked me for my bank statement which i have already given to get ref codes so she can do the debit order switching, i sat about 2 abd a half hours at the bank wanting for my debit orders t be switched and after that long want i decided to leave as i also have a job to do and i told thabang how disappointed i was and that i could have done the debit orders myself and today i called thabang again to ask if she did the debit orders and she told me she didnt as she assumed i will do it myself, the worst thing is that she didn't even apologize for any of this, i also left a complain in their complains book, ref 099965 and to this day no one bothered to get back to me.
