Unauthorised Debit orders

I'm so irate and have reached the end of my tether. Standard Bank employees form consultants to management are just a bunch of incompetent and irresponsible people. First they messed up the debit order days and bieng debited more that twice. My home loan is now over due cause i wasnt sure which day they had to debit. I cancelled my debit orders and paid through payroll, made arrangements to pay additonal R2700.They debited R6800 plus the amount of R4000 from payroll. I called in to reverse the amounts.spoke to manager to sort it out but refered me to a machine. I held for 2 munites and they hung up.
