I know you always receive bad service reports well I'm one of those clients too. But guess what a call center agent Nompilo Mkhuni helped me out today regarding the debit orders I don't know about ref no: 65455039. I was very angry when I called in but her customer service skills were very excellent. That's kind of customer service we need in South Africa.
