This morning I got a call from My Way wanting to give be a better rate on my vehicle. I was really upset because they have been deducting premiums from my account for the last 4 months for a car I don't have. I just wanted my money back. I spoke to 2 people and then finally got through to the life saver NTHATI VATE. She was very professional and understood where I was coming from. I mentioned I was busy and she called be back. She apologies for the error although it was not her fault and confirmed that my premiums will be refunded in full and that she valued me as a customer. She is working now on getting me a better rate cause she believes I am a valued customer. If it was not for her I would truly never call My WAY again.
