ANGRY!!! Furious with Nedbank

Nedbank is USELESS they have just made me so so angry can't even breath, calling their call center is pointless because the staff is rude, incompetant had an agent put me on hold forever because i was venting my fustration of which im entitled to do after what they did. They debit on the wrong dates, double debit as if im a criminal or i have skipped a month not paying them. I'm seeing RED!!! regret aver taking aloan with them because i'm very unhappy with their service its below standard big time every month I must call them because they have done something wrong
