To whom it may concern,

I receive excellent customer service at Menlyn Guess branch. Tony and Pearl live and breath customer service. Customers needs are a main priority for them... They set the standard high and I am looking forward to shop at Guess Menlyn again in future, they have made it really worth while for me to come back to your store. They are both very presentable and create a good impression. They are an asset to Guess.

I recommend promotion and a salary increase for both of them, they deserve it.
