In December Absa never deduct from my account... I had to phone them to say there was no deduction..They said they going to deduct 28.12.2012..never happened... January the same happend..I phoned to find out what happened and was told that i change my bank details, which i never did..I asked them for proof of change of bank details form or to play the tape where i changed my bank details. They could'nt give it to me.
28.01.2013 I phoned again to say that no deduction took place and that i need bank details to deposit installment and was told my account is no longer with them, it;s with a debt collector with the name of Victor Semelane. Victor told me 28.01.2013 I need to pay R8640.00 because his going to collect my car... I send him my bank statements from November to January where it states that R 4920.00 went off my acc in NOv and that they did'nt even attempt to deduct in Dec/Jan. 29.01.2013 I phoned Victor several times .send sms
when he phoned me back he said he wants R11000.00 otherwise he will repo my car... I told him i don't know him and got no business with him..He told me Absa gave him the go-ahead. How can he repo my car?
