WORST BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I went to ABSA Southgate on Saturday (2013/05/18) to change debit order details, I submitted all necessary documents and I was told by Mosa it will be updated in 3 working day. I phone ABSA after 3 days and was told to email so I emails the documents. On Monday (2013/05/27) I phoned ABSA and was told my details are still not updated so I went back to the bank. When I got to ABSA Mosa and his manager Le-ann told me to leave all documents with them and they contact me before end of business on that day. Two days later Mosa phone and said he is busy updating my information and all will be updated by end of business on Wednesday (2013/05/29). Mosa didn't come back to me and when I phoned him back later that day he told me phone me back in a few minutes which he did not. Today (2013/05/31) 13 day from my first visit to ABSA Southgate I am told Mosa and his manager Le-ann are busy when I phone and I have already had ABSA hang up on me twice in since this morning. This just shows that ASBSA Southgate has no respect for their customers.
