8ta breaching Consumer P. Act and service

I took a phone contract with 8ta in my agreement (signed) with them to deduct premiums on last day of the month. I had decided to change my bank details and apparently that request was not received by 8ta. A week later I phoned 8ta's customer service to get bank details in order for me to directly deposit the cash into their account. The agent did the whole identification shebang and assured me that i would get an sms frm her. Till today no sms. Next day I phoned again. This time I spoke to a guy who simply asked me to get a pen and paper and provided me the bank details.
I deposited cash into ABSA account provided and followed protocol, which was to phone them and there after sent the proof of payment to P.Mpofu whom I spoke to on that day. There I was thinking my misery was over! 23rd Aug came, an sms notification that 8ta has deducted 2 full premiums on my account without my permission! HAIBO! I phoned, transferred to billing to a Nqobile who dropped the phone in my ear. I tried again now told billing dept opens @ 07h30. When I uttered I just spoke to somoene there, call was transfered with no hesitations. An Andile simply said 8ta can deduct anytym despite my doted agreemnt
