Lack of Service and Inconsistent information Given

I am highly disappointed and irritated with the level of service and inconsistencies I have received form Standard Bank.
I started at Rosebank Branch where I ordered my first Cheque Card to be delivered to Northgate Branch - this never happened. More than a week ago, my wallet was and my Credit Card Cloned. When reporting this, I stopped all my cards, and applied for a new Cheque Card as the system showed I had never ordered on previous. To cut a long story short - I have been backwards and forward to Northgate Branch to Collect my card which never ever was ordered. First time, I collected a Garage Card with my name on (I never ordered one), Second time a Credit Card, (Never ordered one). Each time we reordered the Cheque Card, as the system said I had never ordered on. Today I, when fetching the Credit Card I never ordered, they informed me I must call a special number and personally order the cheque card. You must know how frustrated I was hearing this after waiting 45mins in a queue to be served at enquiries with two counters open! I am appalled by this level of service - not the reason why I joined Standard Bank, but Definetly the Reason why I am leaving them for FNB.
