Upgrade in account & have not received my new card

I was contacted by one of your consultants to upgrade my account to a platinum account. That was done without any hassles. I informed that i would collect the card for Menlyn Square. I am still waiting to be informed when I can go and collect my new card after two months.

Can someone kindly get back to me to advise what is happening?
