I have moved from another bank to FNB with all the promises and yes its not a bad bank until today that I had to find out they (FNB) did not do as promised I have opened a Platinum Cheque card with the bank and all benefits was loaded e bucks bank your change - nice however I was phoned to upgrade my old FNB account (Credit card) to a platinum card - I was informed that with my new account I will receive more e bucks and all the benefits as per my cheque account - after I have received my card I ask if everything is now linked and I was taken to the customers counter were everything was linked as per the FNB employee - comment was made enjoy your new card and spending you e buck - I have not looked at my e backs as I see this as a saving and something to use in an emergency - today I have looked and was shocked to see how low my e buck was I went to FNB and was told my card was not linked to the benefits (ref number 1/5617787 spoke to Nthabiseng) I need this to be sorted and all my benefits move to my card as from the day I was informed that this was done - have spend a lot of money on this card
