So after sending the below email, they too TWO DEBITS this morning!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! No one ever responds and I want my money back TODAY!!!

I want this account canceled with immediate effect and I want my money back. I have been emailing since I joined, but NO ONE EVER comes back to me. The first month you took a double debit off my account and I have been trying to get assistance ever since. I have had none. One lady phoned me ONCE to ask if I wanted to up my premium for more cover. I said NO I WANT CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE!! She sent me a blank email so I can forward my complaint. I forwarded his months ago and still no one came back to me. This makes me believe that I am waiting my time and money and that you will do absolutely NOTHING when I eventually die. My child will get nothing.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

If you do not respond to this (which I think you probably won't), I will start complaining on HelloPeter WEEKLY until I am satisfied.

This is totally unexceptionable and I am stopping your debit at the bank. You will not take more money from me.
