I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING OUT A LIFE COVER FOR MYSELF & MY FAMILY WHEN I MADE IT VERY CLEAR TO THE ADVISER FROM OLD MUTUAL THAT I WILL LET HIM KNOW WHEN THEY CAN START THE DEBIT. IN DECEMBER I HAD A PAYMENT THAT CAME OFF MY ACCOUNT. I THEN GOT HOLD OF MY ADVISER & WANTED TO FIND OUT WHY HE HAD PUT IT THROUGH WITHOUT MY CONSENT, HE THEN CAME TO MY OFFICE & I SIGNED A CANCELLATION LETTER! IT'S BEEN JUST OVER TWO MONTHS NOW & I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY! I THEN GAVE HIM AN INTERNET PRINT OUT OF THE MONEY THAT CAME OFF, HE NOW PHONES ME & SAYS THAT THEY NEED A STATEMENT FROM THE BANK, THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I'VE BEEN WAITING LONG ENOUGH FOR MY MONEY & ONLY NOW HE TELLS ME THIS!! THEY ARE SO QUICK TO DEBIT OFF MY ACCOUNT BUT WHEN IT COMES TO PAYING IT BACK THEY HAVE A HUNDRED & ONE EXCUSES!! I ALSO HAVE AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT BUT AFTER THIS, I'VE TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! I WANT SOME1 TO GET BACK TO ME ON THIS & TELL ME EXACTLY WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY BACK!
