For the last 5 months I have tried to get them to stop sending my statements via email and start sending it by normal snail post. Well I have still never received any statement via post, after calling twice every month speaking to agents and supervisors, and they assure me that I will get the statements but I have not.

This morning at 00:40 they debited another instalment of R838.72 when I clearly expalined to the lady she must add a extra R100 to the other account and not this account with the above instalment. I confirmed with her 2 times and she told what the increases amount would.

I called them this morning to get my money back and the supervisor "Sam" (A male) said he's sorry & will refund my money immediately. That was at 08:06 this & still nothing, again I called at 09:31 and he was busy the agent said they would call me back and im still waiting.

I have told them for more than 3 months to remove the extra R100 off my instalments that I was paying and they would confirm that they would do so but every month it still goes off, so I just left it because it's to much
hassle dealing with them and all the money spent on telephone calls and my time. Going to OMBUDSDMAN
