MTN never fails to disappoint!

I have complained about MTN before and yet again they seem to have disappointed me. I have a cellphone contract AND a modem through MTN and I am supposed to be debited an amount of R588.00 every month for this. HOWEVER, in January they didn't take their money so I gave them a call. I told the lady that they should double debit my account so I don't get a bad name for late payments. She advised that they would do this and all was fine. When they did take their money, they debited my bank account for 4 Months worth of debits instead of 2, so instead of paying an estimated R1176.00 they decided to take close to R2400.00 from my account without my authorization. When I called to query this, a young lady advised that they would refund the money back to my account on 04/02/13 and ref 96631907 was given to me. On Monday 04/02 the money still was NOT put back into my bank account. When I called on Monday 04/02, I got ref 96711717, the guy said they decided to put it back into my MTN ACCOUNT so I wont have to pay for 2 more months! Who are they to decide where to put MY money? It's their fault for not taking the money in the first place now they won't give it back! Completely Unacceptable!
