On the 26/09/2013 one of their clients crashed into my car, after phoning them reporting this their client did send them a email to report the accident. After phoning them every day for a week long they said the client did not report the accident. She forwarded all the emails to me to proof that it has been reported.

After 3 weeks I started to phone, they asked me for documents witch I send to them, the lady responsible for handling the claim Dora was never available or on lunch when I asked for her. I left messages for her to phone me back and yet nothing happened.

After getting hold of her she needed my car's registration certificate. Then she asked if I want the cash or my car fixed. On Monday 28/10/2013 she said she's going to book my car for repair as my car is starting to rust. I still haven't heard a thing from them!

I REALY THINK THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE, I KNOW I'M NOT A CLIENT, BUT NOW MY CAR ARE GETTING MORE DAMAGE WITH THE RUST THAN IT ALREADY HAD!
