It has taken just under 3 months for a 3rd party claim that still hasn't been resolved.

it started in late april, when i started dealing with First for Women for a 3rd party claim,
i sent through all details to them that were requested, from me these were as follows,
drawing of the accident report, an affidavit, 3 quotes to replace my damaged belongings and the doctor's slip.

These were sent through on the 25th of April, I then waited for reply and there was nothing, i have had to phone them and follow up every step of the way, it has gotten to a stage now at almost 4 months down the line where i am Fed up, they have offered me low settlement for an accident that was their client's fault, and are now making every excuse in the book not to just pay me out for the damages incurred. I am deeply disappointed with this and find it disgusting that I have had my time wasted by these people with no resolve for an accident that was not my fault. this has been confirmed by my witness who they have called.

i can only hope that this report forces someone to act accordingly and sort out this now as i am FED UP
and as it stands i'll never point anyone in their direction again.
