3rd party claim - pathetic service and response

On 2013-10-11 I was in an accident where a m&f customer bumped me off my bike. A 3rd party claim was handed to m&f and all the necessary documentation was forwarded. After about 2 weeks I phoned to found out what the status of the claim is, just to find out the file has been transferred to Durban. There my frustration started as the accident happened in Gauteng. Eventually I got a settlement offer on 2013-11-15 which I accepted and replied. Now m&f are supposed to pay the claim within 5-7 workings days. Today is the 10th working day, and still no money. After phoning Rosemary on 2013-11-26, she claims that once again the file has been send back to JHB branch for payment. On 2013-11-28 I enquired again via email just to get told that the documents were sent to me, but nothing has been received back. So now what?? Do they have the documents, are they going to pay or is the file missing. This service is unacceptable and to say the least pathetic, as nobody even has the decency to keep me up to date or even phone back. Please sort this out as it is almost 2months since the accident, but now I'm the one struggling without transport, and the accident wasn't even my fault!!!
