I am a very ANGRY client and i will be changing to another insurance company i am not happy at all with Hollard Insurance, from the first day i started with the claim i had to call Hollard and everytime they promised me someone will call me back.

On Friday the 25th of October 2013 i received a message stating that my claim is authorised then after the message Emmanuel who works with my claim phoned me and said he will phone me on Monday 28th October 2013 because they don't have a GWM C10 2012 model in there system so they send a mail to Transunion to get the price well it is now 16:30 on Monday i have not received any phone call from Emmaneul, i tried to phone him from 9:00 this morning the whole day he just doesn't answer his phone i can't even compain about the service because there is not any service!!!

I Am FURIOUS NOW i don't know anymore when this claim will finally be resolved.

Thursday is the 31st of October 2013 and if there is a installment going of from my account i will hold Emmanuel repsonsible because he assured me it will be resolved before then!!!
