I had a personal policy for a year, and then before a big shoot where I went to Malawi in September, I changed, or so I thought to a business policy so I could insure more gear... Only to discover on returning that the policy hadnt come into affect, and I had travelled and worked with gear that was not insured... So then after spending two hours on the phone in September with a consultant, giving all the serial numbers etc, I know have to start from scratch but in the meantime am still expected to give them R1000 a month. Their departments do not communicate with one another, no one has any idea whats going on. They are not First for Women... As soon as I get back from Barcelona I am switching.
