LIBERTY LIFE POOR SERVICE AND NO CARE ATTITUDE

I am SO disgusted with Liberty Life. One year ago I wanted to move my ex Charter Life RA from Liberty (when I found out that these policies were not "Liberty Policies" and were not being actively worked on to ensure the best return on my RA) to ACSIS. When they came back to me with "Unrecouped fees" of over R9 000 I queried this and was just barraged with "justification" letters which actually meant nothing. I approached the Pension Funds Adjudicator who was useless in assisting with these ridiculous fees. So after a year of fighting I gave up and asked them to transfer my policy, a YEAR later the "unrecouped fees" are exactly the same. PROOF that they are just making a quick buck off people knowing you can't do anything about it. Now 2 MONTHS later, they are still playing games, not paying my money over. They even sent ACSIS the wrong FSB no on an H Form and have not bothered to correct it despite being requested since 8 October to do so. Also they were requested NOT to put another debit order through, and you guessed it, of course they DID exactly that!! I am so fed up with the bullying tactics and displays of unprofessionalism. Please nobody deal with this "GIANT"!!! @! @!! @
