Policy Reinstated

I cancelled my Miway policy early September because I thought about going to another insurance company.

Mid September I decided against it, and contacted Jerry to reinstate my policy as if there were no changes.

Flory contacted me shortly after, assuring me everything is fine and I will be covered again from 30 September onward.

When I tried adding new items to my policy, I was shocked to learn that my policy is still suspended and I am thus not covered.

I tried to contact the customer service on numerous occasions and every time they just promise me someone will call me back, but this never happens.

If Miway wants me to use another insurance company, they should just tell me
