On 5/09, I contacted Miway to get them to review my premium since I was paying too much. I then asked the agent to amend the cover of my phone from Blackberry to S4. He did that & he advised that the rev prem will come off my acc on the 1/10 and he will send a rev policy of which he never did. Unfortunately on the 15/09 my phone was. I then called Miway to lodge a claim and spoke to Felleng Mokoena who asked me to send all docs. On Friday when I followed up on my claim she told that claim has been approved and when I asked the excess she turned around and said my phone was not covered & she was gonna speak to the manager and get back to me & she never did. On Sat I called in and spoke to Kedebone who promised to get a SP to deliver a phone @OR Tambo for me since I was leaving the country for 2weeks. On Monday, I was called by Felleng who advised that my claim had been declined because the agent amending my details put the cover to comence on the 1st Oct and this was explained to me on the recording. I asked her to send the recording & she never did. I came back from my overseas trip and spoke to Celeste Green who referred me to the Retentions Manager, Clement Motau.
