Worst service ever and also being treated as stupi

I had reported accidents i had with Celeste Nov 2012 and captured my claims and advised that i must take my car to be assessed and I did so Mon 26 Nov if not mistaken. I received a call from a guy called Roby/Robin telling me my claims were approved and that my excess is R3975.80 if not mistaken and i understood it's for both because i asked him.and he said yes. Jan 14 at the repair centre i was told its R8000 for both claims, i therefor ecame back to work and start calling budget, the staff gave me and big attitude.spoke to Celeste who even gave me the worst ever. One lady advised that i must speak to Albert and as i was trying to do after some days he told he left that was the 25th Jan the Company. Spoke to his manager Lee Anne before he even left and made promises and none was kept and useless she is. Later spoke to Megan who could listen to the call recordings and got back to me after i called her. She said she is goign to send me the recording that the 30th Jan and till date have not received. To be honest i want nothing to do with them anymore all i wanted was the call recording nothing else to hear my own stupidity as treated. now i want my car fixed at no cost for waisting
