Car insurance claim declined

My brother and sister in law who are al-jarreau james and Judith marais are on honeymoon in jhb, their car was broken into and mag wheels, they wanted to lodge a claim and was told on tue that policy was cancelled what a shock!! after paying policy for 2years without skipping payments. she said she phoned in sep to change banking details and they confirmed that it was done she left it at that.jo-ann said she would investigate and phone back it was never done they eventually phoned back again spoke to a Claudette and was told they are waiting for their t/l and don't deal with these claims they must phone back fri and request for a recording, they did so today spoke to Chantal lewis and she said she will look for recording and phone back she did so and told them there is no such recording, nonsense man what happened to the recording?? then she said policy cancelled 01/11 and letter sent 28/11 which was never received, no contact to say ma'am a premium was missed and then after 1month policy cancelled!!! pathetic man!! this needs to be investigated as they are taking it further with their lawyer and ombudsman.premiums to be refunded or claim pd!! you decide as the stay in Capetown
