Competent assistance lacking

Today I have spent almost an hour (3 seperate calls) on the telephone to the Standard Bank Business Call Centre. The Call Assistants have been extremely friendly, completely polite and totally useless - they have not resolved my requests.

It's simple requests -
1. Ensure the Debit Order on my Account is the CORRECT amount for Feb 2013 and
2. Give me the phone number for my personal business banker

In my opinion, Standard Bank has become an impersonal institution where the importance of relationship has been completely compromised. It is no longer a pleasure to bank with them.
