DOES STANDARD BANK NOT WANT BUSINESS?

Despite the length of time and the nature of business I have done with Standard Bank I still do not have an individual who oversees my account. I cannot get any assistance at all unless I call the call centre and jump through all the hoops with people who cannot think out of the box. Does Standard Bank not want my business? This is the not the first time I have experienced this level of disinterest from Standard Bank. And each time I have an issue I have to waste my time phoning call centres and repeating myself, and then trying every available number to resolve the issue myself. Please tell me why does Standard Bank not want the business of a company who is reputable, ethical and has a sound credit record?
