Brolink not able to decide and no care for client

My car was damaged in an accident on 30 September 2013 to date no decision is made although I informed and highlighted it to my broker, assessor and insurer that I cannot be without a vehicle, although they take for ever to make a decision they did not even offered me a car in the meanwhile, the parts required for the vehicle will take up to 6 months to arrive I requested that they replace my vehicle as it only have 3700km on and is only a month old based on the time it will take to repair the vehicle. I indicated to them that there were a change in my employment and that I must have a car. It seems Brolink do not care about their customers whatsoever. After several emails between myself, the broker, assessor and Brolink, none of them can provide me with an answer on when i can expect a decision nor on how they will accommodate me with an alternative vehicle.
