My husband made a settlement and we were advised that they could do a rescission of judgement for us, in November 2012 I made a deposit of R800.00 for the rescission, since then I have been sent from pillar to post when I enquire. Firstly it was the P.E branch where i dealt with Adele who never got back to me or was never available when I called. I was then advised that my matter was being handled by Jefferey who is sending it to court for the court order, I have never received any response from him after the countless emails i have sent to him. Now when I call I am told that the matter was sent to court on the 2nd October and that a lady named Maureen has taken it over, I feel so sorry for her as i shouted at her and she doesn't even know whats going on. Please can someone tell me what has been going on from November 2012 to date. You were so quick to send me banking details to make payment but getting feedback from you guys is like trying to get water from a stone. I am highly irate and disgusted by the way your staff members take our calls like jokes. Your service is appalling and I see i'm not the only one who thinks so. Lets see if I get a response from you!
