Poor claims administration

I wish to express my disappointment about how my poor my claim is being handled. i Have been struggling to sort it out for three weeks now. I had to call assessors and brolink consultants regarding my claim because there was a very big confusion. The consultants at brolink even confused the matter further. According to brolink Northern Cape panel beaters is not accredited therefore cant repair the vehicle. i later received a call from Northern Cape pane beaters telling me to bring the vehicle in for repairs. how confusing is that? another quote was done with Dent Doctor in Kimberley. i received a confirmation that repairs was authorized with Dent Doctor on 23/04/2013. i called dent doctor quite a number of times and they told me that they have not received any authorizations. finally when they did eventually received the authorization on 02/05/2013 it was for another individual not even mine. I am very disappointed in how brolink is handling claims. this is still not sorted out.
