On the 4th of January I was in an accident involving one of Brolink's clients and had to do a third party claim. I repeatedly emailed my documents and kept getting asked to send more documents. When I finally sent all the documents they requested on the 14th of February I received no feedback until I phoned the broker who gave me Brolinks contact number where I spoke with Maggie (Very Rude). She first claimed that she did not receive any of my documents even though I have received confirmation from her email address that the documents were recieved. I then had to ask her to look again for me at the date that I sent the email and then all of a sudden she found my documents?? She told me that she will send me feedback. Now they tell me that they may only pay 60% or 80%(if im lucky) of the damages to my vehicle. Their client admits to being 100% responsible for the accident yet I must suffer a loss and they are delaying the process further.
