Do not want to approve claim for repairs

A person drove into the back of my wives Audi a month ago. Brolink send out a man and he told me the car was a write off. I then got 3 second opinions and qoutes for repair. All 3 people came in under the write off amount. Now Brolink is side stepping the issue for approval for the repairs. Reshma Reddy and Ethel Kruger is my contact persons to solve my claims, But everyday they got different storys and paper work they need from me. They even told me to phone the finance to get a letter from them for approval to get the car repaired.. The rental vechile needs to be back on the 25 June and Brolink doesnt solve the issue to send approval for repairs. I am now so fed up with brolink and my middle man in not solving my claim. I need to spend my time in solving the issue. This is not why i pay a X amount for my broker to do nothing. Please sort out the approval asap. If the issue isnt sort by COB i will ombudsman to solve the issue for me with my lawyer.
