Credit Customer Assist Poor Service

I have applied for customer assist on the of 21st September 2013. on the 27th I received the form to complete and returned them on the 4th October 2013. Today (24 October 2013) I have been calling to ask about the status of my application and I get different responses. One guy says the forms will be handed to the review manager, another customer agent says that they are dealing with august documents and I will only be contacted after 2months. Why this poor service as when I applied I was notified that the process takes 15 working days? Why do you say that you are providing a service whereas you are not? Why must I get such a treatment from standard bank? The customer agent was not even patient with my query and helpful too.
