Customer Assist taking way too long

I applied for customer assist on 15 April 2013 and was told it would take 10 - 15 days. It is now the 17 May 2013 and I keep getting the same reply from the call centre agents which is "your application is in the que to be handed to a manager to assist you" When I call I am told they are busy with it, it is with a manager. When I call again they say it must still be allocated to a manager. Yesterday I was told give it another week or so. I am stressing like there is no tomorrow as I have things to pay and a family to feed and there seems to be no link/place on the Standard Bank website to have the matter escalated. I have been with Standard Bank forever and they give good service but now I don't know... All I want is help - Please help.
