No feedback from Credit Customer assist

I have applied for a 'Payment Holiday' of at least 3 months on my bond as my wife is on maternity leave and she is not getting paid her full salary and the fact that she is working on commission. All documents was send to the customer assist mail address that was supplied to me in January as i was told it takes 15 days to process the request. I followed up and was told no documents was received . i mailed all document again the 4th of Feb. After 15 days when i followed up the answer i got was it is at our manager for approval. So since then it has been for review at the manager? Today 07/03/2013 i call again and guess what ---- STILL at the manager for approval. I Have had a bond with Standard bank for 6 years, never missed a payment. I follow all the right avenues for them to assist me but i am still waiting for feedback.
I cant complain about service because there is no service
