BAD Service and Breach of Contract

My first ever car accident in 25 years and being a loyal customer for many years, I received extremely bad service from Zurich Insurance Company. They did not repair my car completely and also informs panel beater behind my back to repair a damaged bonnet from which the approved quote was to be replace the bonnet as bonnet had some bad structural damages.
Also refused to fix mechanical issue on my car after accident. I had to tow my car away from panel beater after insurance repairs where apparently completed to have mechanical issue repaired on my own costs.
Zurich insurance company also refuses to share assessment report of my car with me, which was done from a independent Technical Investigation Services conducted through them on my request.
I also had to beg Zurich insurance company for months in row to settle other party costs that was involved in accident and had to deal with lawyers letters myself.
I waited 6 months in total to finally get my car back and running and still had to pay every single month my full insurance premium and also had to pay all mechanical repair costs myself. Detailed letter and proof of documentation available on request.
