On the 24th of October 2013 I was involved in an accident. Me being the innocent party I contacted the third parties insurer... Mutual & Federal!
I was ask to fax quotations, a no claim letter from my insurance and a copy of my drivers license to them.
I was then asked to take my car to Mutual & Federal in Montague Gardens which I all did on time!

My case was then handed over to a department in Durban!
My Quotations were no1 R13035.66 - no2 R12540.54... I received an email that they are prepared to pay R11607.56 Which I agreed to.

It is now the 19th of November and I'm still waiting to be paid out..then I have to email a bank statement, then it's this then it's that!
On Monday the 11th of November, I called Nontobeko Sibisi who's been handling my case just to make sure that she received my email with the last of my documents... she replied, yes Mr Prins!

On Monday the 18th i called again..."why is it taking so long to resolve this matter?
She replied "I haven't received all your documents.
This is after just a week ago she told me that she's received it!

If I didn't know better I would say she's sitting with her head in the sand and hoping that I would disappear!
