Slow turn around time for credit card application

I went into my bank on 31st August to appply for a business credit card. The business banker was not in but I was told he would contact me. He never did. I contacted the call centre and was emailed application forms which I submitted. I've been waiting close on 2 weeks for a 1 day process to take place. I've been told that an account has been allocated, but the limit needs to be confirmed. After waiting 1 week, I was told that the application would be sent to someone else as Nathan Groener, the banker, had not responded. I've been assured by various staff that my application will be sent through urgently as it had taken so long. I've been told twice that the application has been sent to someone else to deal with, only to call and check and find this has not been done. Initially when the banker did not call after I visited the branch, I laid a complaint and it took 2 weeks for someone to contact me. They assured me they would expedite the process. I emailed the FNB's complaints department 4 days ago and have not heard anything. When I followed up with the applications department yesterday I was told that I would be called today to confirm the limit and delivery date- hasn't happened
