CARD BLOCKED BUT RICA DOCS SENT TO FNB 4MONTHS AGO

My card is blocked due to FICA but docs have been sent to FNB 4 months ago i received a message to notify me but ignored thinking it was not legit . i personally handed the docs to the courier company after fnb contacted me to state the date and time they were fetching. There were no further communication from the branch or Head office requesting my docs again or to state that my account would be blocked should i not comply. I would like to know why was my account not rectified on receipt of docs? It now seems that my personal docs cannot be found (called fnb on friday) and this leaves me open to. What has happened to my personal information? Hope you live my your motto " how can we help you" as i been embarrassed twice by shopping and only to reach the till to be told payment declined
