No Feedback after 2 weeks

A gentlemen knocked my parked car. He was decent about the entire thing and asked his broker to process my claim. The broker says that it needs to go to the Hollard Claims department.

We submit all the required documents 2 weeks ago (14 November). To date I have not received a response from anyone (broker or insurance company) stating that the documents were received, the claim is being reviewed/processed, explaining what the process is etc. Meanwhile my car is unprepared for 4 weeks now (incident occurred on 3 November).

To make things worse the gentlemen says he hasn't received feedback either - FROM HIS OWN INSURANCE PROVIDER.

To say that their service is pathetic would be inaccurate as there is simply NO SERVICE at all. It is as thought they hope the entire matter will disappear if they keep quite about it.

I am glad I don't have these clowns as my insurance provider. They are incompetent at best, rude and dysfunctional at worst.
