Wrong deducting dates

I have been with clientel for a while now, I have never had issues with them but up until of late, the have started deducting my account on the wrong date from the one I've asked them to, which is on the 27th of every month but what they do Is they deduct it a day before or two days before and that reflects badly on my account. Recently I went to a bank to ask for a loan and the Clientel wrong deductions appeared as I thought they would, I have called them about the issue and they told me they would look into it but nothing has changed for over a few months and I need help about this matte
